It’s been more than 4 weeks now and two of three chemos are already over. Mimi is doing ok, however there have been some really bad days because of all the side effects of chemo therapy. Mimi struggled a lot with her stomach and vomiting, her ears and eyes, her blood circulation and also received blood transfusions. After the last CT doctors are optimistic, saying the chemos have worked so far. At the moment Mimi is spending a couple of days at home with us for recovering. By the end of this week she will start her last chemo, followed by the stem cell transplantation. She will have to spend 3-4 weeks in isolation. It’s not going to be easy but we’re condident she’s going to fight the disease at last. It looks good so far!
